The pool, nestled on the east side of the villa, is a haven of rejuvenation, complete with an outdoor kitchen boasting a mini-fridge and BBQ, as well as a stunning table for unforgettable pool-side meals. Lounge in style on ample seating options surrounding the pool, or bask in the sun on the inviting sunbathing deck furnished with luxurious loungers. The front veranda offers an idyllic setting to savor the awe-inspiring west coast Ionian sunset views over the sea and the quaint village below. Choose from several seating areas, including a delightful swing chair or swing couch, a sumptuous hand-crafted rock couch, or an airy dining table, where you can relish unforgettable moments with loved ones. The four beautifully appointed bedrooms offer a sanctuary of rest, featuring a variety of room setups that suit your needs. The three full bathrooms are all equipped with showers for your convenience. Stay perfectly comfortable throughout your stay with air conditioning, while entertainment is at your fingertips with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet access that blankets the entire property. Practicalities are taken care of with a washing machine, ensuring you have all the conveniences of home. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, complete with an espresso machine and a dishwasher to streamline your daily routine. Savor the pleasures of outdoor living with a gas BBQ, allowing you to showcase your grilling skills amidst the stunning natural surroundings. Your experience at Villa Orama is elevated with a range of included amenities and services. For rentals of at least 5 nights, enjoy a mid-week clean with a change of bed linen, bathroom towels, and pool towels. For reservations longer than a week, our cleaning personnel will be present every 2-3 days, ensuring a pristine environment throughout your stay.

Villa Orama enjoys an enviable location on a quiet dead-end paved road, a mere 800 meters from the captivating village of Agios Nikitas. The Aktion airport is a convenient 40-minute drive away, while the small craft port of Agios Nikitas can be reached in just 5 minutes. For larger vessels, the port of Lefkada is a short 20-minute drive away. Immerse yourself in the authentic ambiance of Agios Nikitas town, reachable within a 5-minute drive or a leisurely 5 to 10-minute walk from the villa. Explore the surrounding beaches, including the charming Agios Nikitas Beach, just a 10-minute walk away, or venture a little further to the renowned Pefkoulia and Kathisma Beaches, both reachable within a 10-minute drive.

BOOKING
 

To secure your reservation at Villa Orama, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total amount is requested. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before your arrival date, which can be completed via bank wire transfer (IBAN), card, paypal, or cash.

Villa Orama welcomes guests for the 2023 season until October 31st, and reservations for the 2024 season are now open, starting from April 1st. 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

• Cancellations that are made 150 days or longer from the arrival date, or 72 hours after the booking is confirmed, receive a full refund minus a €50 processing fee.

• Cancellations made 91-149 days prior to arrival date receive a 90% refund of the total amount.

• Cancellations made 45-90 days prior to arrival date receive a 70% refund of the total amount.

• Cancellations made 44 days prior to arrival date are not eligible for a refund.

REBOOKINGS
 

Rebooking's that are more than 150 days away from the original arrival date will automatically have any payments forwarded towards the new reservation date.
Rebooking's that are 150 days or less from the original arrival date are treated as cancellations through our cancellation policy. 
If we are able to fill all of the dates of your original booking, we will gladly reimburse you for any cancellation penalties you may have acquired.
